Shipping policy

Shipping TO your doorsteps within 24 hours in Amman (Shipment may be delayed due time due to logistical reasons)
Shipping to other governorates may take 48 hours,(Shipment may be delayed due time due to logistical reasons) and ice cream and freezers cannot be shipped outside Amman
Shipping fees are due from the customer in the amount shown on the order checkout page
The store does not bear the shipping fees except in certain cases
1- Delay for more than two working days inside Amman and 3 days outside Amman
2 - An error in bringing the order or delivering it incomplete without informing the customer and his approval
